SILICONE INJECTION SYSTEM
Silicone Cream Injection System is a cheaper and less disruptive method to install the damp-course.
Holes are drilled into the existing wall materials and silicone damp proofing cream into the holes.
The liquid soaks in and cures to create a layer of water-repellent silicone plastic within the masonry itself.

There is little mess and we complete the job quickly, without demolition.
A Moisture-repellent Plastic Damp-course
The solvent free cream soaks into the fine pore structure of the mortar and base masonry.
The silicone component of the cream cures to form a band of moisture-repellent plastic damp-course, inside the wall material itself.
We then patch the holes with matching mortar or plaster and clean up to finish the job neatly and tidily.
The holes are concealed to blend in with the existing walls.
Silicone treatment has been used in Europe since the 1960’s and was introduced into Australia in the 1970’s.
